How much does membership cost?

Compare a cab is now FREE. We may introduce a premium membership at some future date but we pledge to support a free account from now on.

How do I join?

There are three ways to join:
  1. Go to the Join Compare a Cab page and complete the details there
  2. Contact us by email here and we'll call you to register you on the site

Is there a limit to how many towns or airports I can cover?

No. We expect you to cover the 15 nearest towns to your office and these are automatically added when you create your account - together with the major airports. However, you can add or remove towns and airports to suit your needs.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. To cancel you should Contact Us.

How does the feedback score system work?

Every time a passenger leaves feedback for your company we email you their comments and you get the choice whether to publish that feedback on the site. If you do choose to publish it you will score 1 point which will improve your position in our listings. Note that we do vet the feedback to make sure it is genuine.

How does it work?

After you sign up we let you specify prices for popular journeys. Beyond that you tell us a rate per mile to use when estimating journeys you have not given us a specific price for. When a passenger uses our site all of these prices are checked and ranked, cheapest first, next to your contact details - including your telephone number(s), website and email address.
