How much does CompareACab.com cost to use?

FREE to use for passengers.
Do I need to be a member?
No, passengers are not required to sign up to use our service.
Do I have to give you my email address?
No, but if you would like the quotes our system provides sent to you, or you are interested in our Newsletter, you may choose to give us your email address.
What will you use my email address for?
Only to send you quotes or our newsletter; you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time on the
unsubscribe page. We will
never share your email address with any third party or affiliated company.
How accurate are the prices on CompareACab.com?
The individual taxi companies are responsible for their prices. They enter them directly into our website and they are only checked if they seem unusually cheap. Furthermore, we email all of the taxi companies monthly to ask them to check their prices, and after any substantial increase in fuel prices.
Will CompareACab.com honour any quote provided by the website if a taxi company charges me more?
No. We cannot take direct responsibility for the prices provided by third parties (see above). However, we want to hear from you if a taxi company is unable to honour a price provided by CompareACab.com (use the
Contact Us page). If we receive several complaints about the same company we will ban them from the website.
What is a taxi companies score?
Every time a passenger leaves feedback for a cab firm, and that cab firm agrees to publish the feedback on our site they score 1 point. We vet the feedback to make sure it is genuine.
